Personally, I would prefer to use "Stable Leader", instead of "Loving Leader".
Unlike humans, I have never seen an animal follow an unstable leader.

I had a rescue dog.No one can go near the property. He came from a vicious background when, I got him I quickly broke him of that. I got them used to other people. He did not like men at all. He learned quickly. I introduced him slowly but surely to trust other people. But he still never let his guard down. He's a very loving dog.Also to other animals , dogs cats , but I couldn't break him of the squirrel thing ugh
