No restaurant washes their chicken. Its a health code violation. If your chicken is so slimy then you should just toss it in the garbage.

I've worked in the food service industry for 38 yrs. All workers go through food handlers training and should know what to do when handling all foods to prevent food borne illnesses. Washing chicken "ain't" it. Health inspectors will give you a violation

I’ve been washing my slimy chicken for 40 years… never any issues. Meat factories are disgusting. Gonna keep on doing it.
