This Zaria Hughes are the most disturbing on the Cyberpsycho list, and yes, if you connect the dot from the various mission like Gary the Prophet, the Perallez, the biggest telling is mr Blue Eyes and Night Corps, there is another power that been controlling Night City from behind the scene: the Rogue AI that have free roam in the dark net

The Peralez’s quest line was amazing made me feel like I was playing an entirely different game.

That's interesting because while on scene of this cyberpsycho, your character's vision keeps getting screwed up periodically as if you're getting hacked. I presume because you have the Relic, it fights back the hack and that's why your body never actually gets taken over.

I love how everything is connected and we just barely peeled the layers of this game.
I remember investigating the Paralez'(sorry if I spelled it wrong) apartment, there was a member(or worker) from Arasaka on the other side of the apartment outside. I don't know if it was a random NPC and didn't pay no mind. But after watching this video, I want to look closer into all the mission and find if there are any hints to the Phantom Liberty

I’m really happy CP2077 is picking up again. The peralez mission always unsettled me, because their personalities are being replaced. It’s like Johnny says with mikoshi (and subsequently the relic). It’s not just brainwashing, because that can be undone, but completely reprogramming people. And with the ritual cyberpsycho and maelstrom (of all gangs) being religiously based is too weird. I can’t wait for phantom liberty and the other DLCs
