It would explain why Silver ran into Johnny and Carmen in the hospital. It sure wasn't to intimidate them. And when Silver mentioned to master Kim's daughter that youth is the one thing money cannot buy and the importance of legacy, it got me thinking. Terry's days are numbered.

Testament to TIG's acting talent that out of character he seems so warm and personable and decent, while Terry comes across as cold-blooded, slick and sadistic.

This doesn't confirm he is dying. If anything it confirms that he is simply no longer afraid to die as he once had been during the war when Kreese had to save his life. He learned the lesson of shedding weakness at the end of season 4. Kreese was his weakness. Now in season 6 Kreese finally gets this lesson and has shed himself of his own weakness as well. That weakness being Johnny. I hope Silver fully returns so that his story can have closure with Kreese. Honestly for all that happened at the end of season 5 what would likely be his legal punishment for bribery, arson and assault in California? He will likely get away with the Bribery of the tournament. He is facing 6 years max and/or a fine for the arson. I'd bet Mike would settle for the money to rebuild and to be compensated for pain and suffering so that Terry can avoid a prison sentence. As for what happened with Sting Ray, that dude took a bribe for after being assaulted and battered by Silver so he want be pressing charges for that. Plus Sting Ray would himself be guilty of perjury for lying to get Kreese arrested. If anything Kreese will get exonerated and so his prison escape will no longer be a problem. A judge will likely throw out the charge if Kreese shows Terry Mercy in court. Maybe that is how their story will finally end. They both stop trying to destroy and just learn that mercy is not for the weak.
