Concentrate on good technique, positional control, and eliminate space when you execute moves. That is the biggest secret....

Iβm 42 years old and only 5 months in to bjj so pretty much nothing is working 95% of the time π I absolutely love it though. On the rare occasion the stars will align and the bjj gods will shine down on me and (after a roll) a blue or purple belt will tell me that Iβve really improved πππ
There is so much to learn but the good news is: thereβs so much time to learn
