I have had a foreman try and pressure my labourer into working for a joiner, had a different foreman vadalise materials and try and get us slung for excessive wasteage, had a "site manager" order wrong materials for 2 weeks solid until the joiners caught up. Its unreal the level of petty crap that goes on in the trades, especially on sites.
