I think both genders should be taught all of these things! You should encourage your children to do what is interesting to them, as well as teaching them life skills. A man should always know how to cook, clean, and sew just as much as he should be able to fix a car, fish, and work. Same for girls 😊

I don't know why, but I feel very relaxed and peaceful when I see traditional family

It is important to teach both sons and daughters survival skills such as hunting for food, making a fire and caring for a wound and injuries, gathering water and supplies and many other things. May God bless you and bring good health, peace and wellbeing to you and others.

It's now counter cultural to be traditional. We've finally come full circle.

I think boys and girls should also learn each others' traditional skills because they are life skills and it's good to learn as much as you can

I don’t hate on stay at home moms, or tradwives for that matter, but I do think it’s important not to force a lifestyle unto your kids. If the girl wants to fish and hunt, don’t tell her that that’s not a woman’s place. If the boy wants to cook and clean, don’t tell him no. And whatever you do, DO. NOT. persecute them if they come out as LGBTQIA+. If you don’t support it, fine, but don’t persecute and/ikr force them into an unwanted lifestyle. Wish you and your kids the best :3

Personally I'm grateful my parents didn't force me to be a girly girl. I got to bake cakes with my mom but also go fishing with my dad.

this is a completely fine way to raise children, but please teach your sons how to cook and clean and teach your daughters how to camp and repair a car or survive in the wilderness, they are all basic life skills that your children will need, not just one or the other. also please teach your sons AND daughters that cooking and cleaning is not a woman’s job or that they belong in the kitchen. but im just a random stranger on the internet so who cares what i say lol

Families always turn out the best when there is a masculine father and a feminine mother.

But the daughter should also know car maintenance and the son should know how to cook. Both are necessary life.skills.

I'm teaching my sons how to cook and my daughters how to fix stuff (and the other way around). I don't want my children to turn into helpless adults, like so many other adults.

Hi! I am so glad you have brought us trad wife's into focus! I have been a trad wife mostly for the past 31 years and both of my kids have Masters Degrees. My son could read at 3 and my daughter at 4. I had time to teach them! When they were sick I stayed home. I worked occasionally but mostly I stayed home. I am rooting for you!

I'm a traditional woman and I love that traditional marriage is being practiced again, but I don't really know how I feel about people who have never lived through the American 1950s suddenly fetishizing it, it was a normal time period with a lot of its own issues

I am literally in love with this channel. I have always known that I’ve wanted this type of family and to be this type of wife and mother, but modern society constantly tells us it’s wrong or outdated! I personally love this and always will! Can’t wait to be this wife and mom! ❤❤❤

Ya know the whole forcing traditional gender roles is what fueled everyone to start doing the opposite, so nice to see that we are just about to repeat the cycle again.

People are do dumb. And before you go and reply to this and argue, read my comment all the way to the end.

Why is everyone so obsessed with rebelling from society? Like everyone thinks they are so quirky fr.

Traditional people nowadays are rebelling from the modern lifestyle, and modern people are obsessed with rebelling from the "tradition" and its like why is this actually defining people's personalities. Just live your life, do what makes you happy. No one is better or worse based on whether they follow "tradition."

Me personally, I think kids should be given as much knowledge as possible, not just what you THINK they should know. Because not everyone is good at the same things, and kids should have a healthy relationship with both their parents and be allowed to learn whatever they want/need to learn.

I'm a girl, I like baking, I love kids, I don't mind cleaning, I wanna be a mom when I'm an adult, but I also am not interested in getting married and I have short hair and I don't like dresses and I want to have a career as a teacher. (No I'm not a liberal)

The whole point of America, is that it's the land of the FREE, where there is opportunity for anyone and everyone.

So if this is what you want to do, then go for it, it's an admirable role, but I'm telling you, that if you give your children a choice in the matter, they are more likely to CHOOSE this. If you force it, they will most likely want to "rebel."

whoever thinks that girls shouldn’t be in that fishing boat or boys shouldn’t be part of baking sessions has lost all love in the world.

I grew up in a traditional home.... it wasn't what it seemed to the outside world. I'm 31 and still can't relax or be myself around my family. Being traditional isn't going to make or break a family acceptance open mindedness and letting kids be themselves is.

My parents were not so traditional like this, but I can say that they were pretty close, and I had a good childhood!
