Hi Dean, I've been following you for about a year. The information you share with us is amazing and very helpful. I'm 60, lost 58 pounds in the past year and a half (slow and steady wins the race), and I have lower back issues and pain. It limits the amount of physical exercises I can do, specifically weight lifting. I'm now 227 pounds and am 6'1" tall... I finally feel better and am happy where I am. Regarding exercise, walking works for me, and I've incorporated some of your yoga techniques in my exercise routine. Last night, you and a friend were demonstrating side planks for a flatter stomach. I will be doing those too and will drop a post to let you know how I'm doing with the planks. Thanks so much for sharing your expertise with us. You're amazing! Thank you!

I’m 72 and have been working out a little over 4 years Doing yoga and weights yet I’ve not gained much muscle Arthritis is bad yet I’m still working on it. Please let me know what I can do
