Not only do cops not know the law, they never take the time to learn it. If I were a cop, I'd want to know every law, know the Constitution inside and out, and make absolutely sure I was doing my job to the best of my ability.

I watched the video that caused this short. These cops are no different than most. Every cop on every force in the USA should be required to pay for their own Constitution exams or surrender qualified immunity.
