We senior citizens need all the help we can get but we have to learn to be self sufficient that is why I try to do things for myself because we might not have any one to help us

I do this with my mom everyday
She has end stage kidney failure and has had 3 strokes and 1 heart attack
She has fallen a few times
And could not get up
So I starting making her get on the floor and coaching her through how to get up
She hates it 😂
But it has helped
I didn’t know other people were teaching this but it’s great :
