She’s definitely got a luck of 10. She managed to save a man in power armor in the exact right time for that man to diagnose her and treat her radiation poisoning. The fact that she found a brotherhood soldier willing to help a wastelander by providing medication is already lucky enough in my opinion.

I don't know if this is canon, but her stats in "Fallout Shelter" show 4 in Strength, 7 in Perception, 6 in Endurance, 5 in Charisma, 6 in Intelligence, 5 Agility, and 7 Luck.

Iirc I believe that they released an official statement on Lucy’s canon stats in the show, they are:

Luck - 7
Still not a bad assumption for her stats, but let’s not forget she’s still a “new player” in Fallout so that should be taken into consideration when predicting her stats as a beginner.

One thing ive noticed with the show is that they are faithful to the companion system. E.g, the player lucy(vault dweller/player character) is present with one companion at a time + dog meat.
