Nice car with a mature owner and a very mature story. The ‘71 Hemi Cuda Convertible is truly more attention-grabbing and eye-looking compared to most blobby-slimy-designed coupes, convertibles, pickup trucks, SUVs, and hatchbacks. Most kids (NOT ALL KIDS, MOST KIDS. THERE ARE SOME LUCKY YOUNG CAR ENTHUSIASTS OUT THERE) of the modern/day generation will never experience this! They are stuck with the modern-day crappy cars, especially the Japanese Rice Burners that un-Americans like! 😎👍

Car is not an original hemi car, it was installed for racing. This car is a fresh restoration back to racing form. I got to sit in this sweet ride when prior owner bought it. They redid it in about 2000 as a street car, looked nice but shouldve stayed like this. Was recently purchased back by McCandless family and put back to correct for when raced. You can see the redo online if you search for it. Heard it was fast, never got a ride in it though.

Today of course it's no contest but were the 4 speed cars faster than automatics if it hooked and driver knew how to shift in the 60s and early 70s ?
