Since you can kill a smiler i'd pretty much say 106 wins
C'mon, at the ending of containment breach 106 gets absolutely SHOWERED with bullets from a giant mech turret and guards shooting at him, and all of that just damages him enough to make him go back to his dimension, smilers get wounded if you throw some boiled nut water at them, 106's pocket dimension also has a pillar area with 087 ontop of it, so his dimension can hold beings without physical bodies, potentially even able to trap them

The Old Man can go intangible, too. Fairly standard in Sci Fi and Fantasy for two incorporeal beings to be able to touch each other. Ghosts, traditionally in fiction, can make contact. I think the old man would win with little more difficulty than he'd have with, say, a bear.

I think it would end in a tie. 106 tries, fails, then dips. Given it isnāt an āanimalā it will learn from this and not even attempt to grab any Smiler again.

106 ragdolls 106 smilers; nigh-invulnerability, teleportation, super strength, rotting touch, plus basically God in his pocket dimension. This is ridiculously one-sided. Only a handful of backrooms entities could hope to even dent 106.
