Mostly it’s lack of training around complex trauma and PTSD. It’s an issue finding somatic experienced therapists in the rural areas.

Hmm, I love my therapist, and have been with her for a while now, but there are no set goals or homework. And she talks more than I do. In fact I think I probably know more about her history than she may know about mine 😬

What if the "homework" is always skipped by me?
Good intentions at first, a few days I'll do it and then .... just can't get motivated or actually make time to do it.
