The movie was not that similar to the events that actually happened, Murphy was eventually shot in the right cheek with the bullet entering at the jawline and destroying his jaw, all of his front teeth and it came out of his mouth/nose area destroying it, surprisingly he was still able to talk. The 2 men left got hit by an RPG and he thought Murphy died from that but he was able to crawl/drag his body another 2 miles killing 4 to 6 more insurgents before surcumbing to his injuries. That is pushing the body to the human limit, not even mentioning the fact he was shot a total of 7 times broken femur, 5 broken ribs, blown out spleen, he was shot in the face, shrapnel from the RPG and grenades. That man was a F*cking tank. Sad to see he died along with the other 2 guys. They also don't show that he was tortured for 2 solid days in that camp where the people tried to hide him, eventually they found him and tortured him all day and night for 2 days before our guys came in f*cking blasting $hit, helicopters they had it all coming to save that guy. He said he started crying when he heard the helicopters, I don't know anybody who wouldn't have I'm shocked he survived his body took such a beating it really shows how far you can push yourself if you want to survive.
