I was wondering bc I have a few friends In the slammer for 15 years and they wanted to travel to Vietnam to see their relatives. How did you travel after being in the slammer . Theyāre not allowed to leave the states . ( only explanation is the 91 rule . If you were born after 91 or came to America after 91)
