Mark Jackson didnāt coach before & he was successful as a coach for golden state and so is Steve Kerr. A little different because Steve was a Gm so he obviously had an eye for talent and vision for what he wanted teams to look like but those are kind of 2 good examples

I donāt think any coach will work will with LeBron. As much as LeBron wants to be the GM and coach (minus the accountability), no coach can ever succeed unless LeBron lets them do their job. Like LeBron could never work and succeed under a coach like Tom Thibodeau. Heās a legit coach and gets the best out of players that want to work for him. You think LeBron would put his ego aside for any coach, especially an unproven one?
