Crazy that I logged on to my YT and this is the first thing I see. I'm a Sleeve pt. x5yrs, I've attempted to fast for both my Church and for weight loss and I cant get past the 3-4 hr mark without getting light headed, dizzy, very weak and heart burn flares up. I didn't know we could start taking omeprazole again x2, I've been popping tums like tick tacs. I'm thankful I saw this and thankful for the information. I will be trying it like this. Thank you Dr. Alvarez.
