See this deputies not even taught how to manipulate people because he just gave up that he was fully aware that this cameraman was in his legal rights he was fully aware that what the man was doing was not against the law yet he came up aggressively and tried to grab the camera he was in a emotional blind spot unfortunately he gained Focus because he came very myopic for a minute there and became very aggressive this is how a man displays depression through aggressive behavior
