👉 Stocks give you flexibility—you can start small, grow big, and cash out anytime. Plus, historically, they’ve offered an average return of 12% annually.
👉 Real estate is all about stability and owning something you can see and touch. But it requires big upfront money and takes time to sell or make liquid.

I’ve had my fair share of lessons in both, and trust me, there’s no one-size-fits-all answer. It all boils down to your goals, risk tolerance, and how much effort you’re willing to put in.

If you ask me, I’d say why choose one when you can balance both? Build a portfolio that reflects your future dreams. 🌟
