It’s why I failed out of college. I’d have, say, three tests to study for, and I’d get overwhelmed, and spend hours fretting over which one was more important. I’d end up studying for none. I knew it was wrong, but couldn’t just stop, and decide.

and if I do follow lists I invariably end up going down mental rabbit holes.
