Aizen didn't scatter the Espada. He specifically told them to stay in their respective palaces when Ichigo and Co first showed up. Aaroniero, Szayelaporro, Zommari, Grimmjow, and Nnoitra ignored his orders and paid the price.
The Vizards didn't tear through his Espada and the Espada were ultimately irrelevant to his plans. He could have gone to Fake Karakura Town alone and the result would be the same. He basically tells Haribel this.
