We usually grate carrots n pressure cook it with just water n then add other ingredients. But chopping n cooking it n then mashing it is really quite easier way. Got to learn something new today.

My mummy grate carrots and let them cook in kadai with lot of milk in low flame its tastes absolute amazing
It takes lot of time and hardwork in grating but taste worth it all ❤ that taste we cannot get in cooker lol

I tried all methods but the traditional one of grating carrots and then making Halwa hits totally different
