"Whoa, that was bad." LOL. The Chris Duffin channel; only place where I can learn, laugh, and watch the catastrophic.

Tore the middle part of my sternal head(jan 18') Now experiencing tearing of the the clavicle. both heads on both sides are getting worse. I have an agressive autoimmune disease preventing proper healing. Did you have surgery for your tears? I'm being advised by ortho surgeon to rehab.

Did it leave you with visual Indentation where the muscle pulled/tore? Did it require surgery? I have a similar problem and there is visual indentation on two spots, with strength reduction and a constant tight aching pain in the right side. Been injured for about 7 Months now. Thank you much for any info.

A movement for gymnasts 🤸‍♀️ in top shape with years of training at an early age. For the rest, a recipe for disaster.
