Toluz, Clever Conductor is a fun commander with madness synergy. Not having red really handicaps that strat though, I think the only madness cards in my Toluz deck are Obsessive Search and Necrogoyf. Way more cycling than madness

this commander ask to play all the extra lands effects u can get, if u have only a land in your hand and u can´t play it sucks. Also if u have "exile your cards and can play them" effect its safer, like Eruth, tormented prophet

I have mostly made a list where it’s this guy, some lands, and pretty much the rest is 0 mana cards. I’m at like 90 cards rn so I’ll probably need to put in a couple 1s but it could be a pretty interesting idea lol
