Waxberry is so delicious!! I know it as yang mei or arbutus though. So good chilled, or made into a refreshing iced drink. Wonderful in hot, muggy weather.

I used to work near there! If you are near Chang Gang, there are a lot of goodies there! I love them all! Chao bing is like frozen yogurt without the dairy, it's really refreshing. I would normally go with Mango or watermelon as well!

I've had similar in Vietnam and Thailand but they make it flat on the cold tray and turn it into rolls. This looks a lot easier to eat! The rolls look cute but they don't scoop up nice and soft like true icecream.

If Cold Stone Creamery started doing this they would become an international success (and completely fail here in the US because it would be too healthy and fresh). Loved the concept of doing this directly to fruit. And it makes sense going with Mango for the first try.
