What are the most common pollen allergy symptoms? Isn't it crazy that something from a plant like pollen can actually cause you to feel miserable? Well, it turns out when these pollens get into your nose or your eyes, they can cause you to have sneezing, watery eyes, runny nose, watery nose, postnasal drip, and even sinus pressure and fatigue and just overall feeling terrible.

Basically, what happens is your body decides that the pollen from this plant or something like this is actually an invader and treats it like it's something scary. So it releases histamine, and histamine makes you feel terrible. This is why a lot of patients take antihistamines.
