I never understood how any group of people can judge and demonize another group of people (other than judging a hate group). There's good and bad in every race, religion, group. It's good that you are doing what you are! Thank you for helping myself and others!

I'd love to visit Lebanon one day, I had my heartbroken by a Lebanese girl one day, but I'd love to visit, and try khubz and manousheh, kibbeh, beid wa lahmeh, shawarma, tabuleh, falafel etc. I even love the little phrases like "khaze2" "ya'aburnee" "bsheel" "wlek" "shu" "ya hamar" (to/about my cat😂) and so on

Beautiful. Love you Micheline. Your wealth of knowledge has helped me more than any psychiatrist or therapist i have come across. Especially in the field of normalizing trauma. most people skim the topic or charge alot of money to access it like its a hidden gem. you elaberated on so many topics and i realized good therapy is really just good self education and understanding from a really good teacher. you have made me feel so comfortable in my own skin and i'm positve many other. thank you a million for your gift of compassion and love, healing the world of suffering around you.

I just discovered you, Micheline, and I look forward to learning from you. I deal with intrusive thoughts and anxiety, so I'm glad I found you. As for your breakfast, it looks delicious! I'd love to learn how to make your tea in particular.

Can you do a video on Getting attached to every adult that gives you affection love and attention. Or if they just care about you and say they are proud if you.

I always look for a different adult to be a parental figure for me My school counselor and me became pretty close and ahe is like a parental figure to me.

Looks delicious. I just found your channel and really like it. I think the most important thing is that you can't judge a book by its cover. Bad people exist and good people exist in every culture. It is sad that when bad people get into power they will silence the good ones enough to where one might only see the bad but the good are still there. I always have faith the good will prevail. I'm a country bumpkin from middle America who one day moved to the big city and became immersed in cultures from around the world. I had a 3 year relationship with a muslim right after 9/11. I witnessed SUCH hatred. Ultimately, I broke up with him for normal relationship reasons. Different cultures should be cherished and admired. There are many different ways to live. Also, most people who lump everyone together are just ignorant. I get judged based on being from the country. Anyway... I'm subbing. ❤️

OMG I love za'atar, I can't believe people still need to have Arabs humanized. People need to educate themselves! For example I was just reading about Ella Waweya who is a major in the IDF. I always assumed no Israeli Arab with a Palestinian heritage would want to be part of the IDF. This isn't me defending the IDF or making excuses for them, I just never knew that peoples opinions and loyalties could be so diverse.
