Iā€™m just like you, but 10 years younger. Idk what changes youā€™ve tried so Iā€™m going to share what has worked for me and hopefully this helps cause i know how hard it is to figure out what works. Acne: for me, my acne and ibs go hand in hand, so avoiding acne triggers helps my ibs. But basically I found that my acne is triggered by anything super buttery or greasy (and specifically Panda Express šŸ˜‚) so I made a deal with myself that if i didnā€™t buy the greasy food and got something ā€œhealthierā€ (ex chicken nuggets) I could also buy a soda. Iā€™m on an extremely tight budget so this is rare. I also found that using lotion or drying face wash would trigger acne so i switched to a moisturizing face wash and that also helped! Constantly greasy hair: for context, i do have curly but i was having this issue when i was straightening it daily. I did my research on hair types and textures as well as hair products then I found that my shampoo had sulfate as its primary ingredient. Sulfates hella strip the hair and then your hair produces more oil to try and hydrate itself. Idk what products youā€™re currently using but I went from using herbal essence to head and shoulders dandruff and finally shea moisturizer once the dandruff stopped. In addition I used CHI and a leave in conditioner because my research said my hair type needs it for frizzyness, so Iā€™d recommend looking into if your hair needs it. Again, Iā€™m on a super tight budget and CHI is my most expensive product, everything else can be found at Walmart. Also, it took 2-3 years for me to get my hair to not over produce. No relationship: sorry I got nothing, i miss flirting ques all the time so Iā€™ve never gotten a partner lol. Ibs: i just avoid tomatoes and greasy things. I also make sure to have TUMS on hand None of this is to say that you have to these or that what youā€™re trying is wrong. I think youā€™re a pretty woman with a nice accent! So please take this as me sharing my experience in the hopes that itā€™s of use to you or others in the comments section. ā¤

Donā€™t stay in bed tho if Iā€™m lonely I do some project work and go do research art art galleries and museums they are free and there is so many free things to do around London every day of the year šŸ˜Šwhat I used to do was just walk down the river on the side of the Tate on a hot night or a popular park and just join random groups of ppl chilling listening to music

Step 1: go on IBS elimination diet ( this will help you find the foods that donā€™t affect you and at the start itā€™s really low kcal so as a bonus that will help you lose weight! Also fun fact 60% of our dopamine comes from our gut microbio so if your fat and not eating the right food it will legit make you feel depressed not because your fat but because you have lost half of you dopamine Step2: go to gym bored hit the gym, lonely hit the gym we are all lonely at the gym šŸ˜‚(BONUS working out will make you lose weight, strength your body so you donā€™t hurt your joints + rush your body with dopamine aka antidepressants haha Step4: flexibility stretching session at home will help with mobility so joint health + dopamine again haha Step5: solid dedicated 12 step skincare routine Step6: use diffent shampoo and dry shampoo or get a wavy perm ask straight hair gets greasy faster Step7: once you are in a good place start doing hobbies/ workshops fun creative ones you will find friends onceā€™s you have fixed your self up more Step8: everone is kanda lonely itā€™s just being an adult so develop your skills and make your self an interesting person P.S I live in London I know if you do all this you will be better also no one really has friends in London unless you have always lived there, went to uni in London like me or very charismatic and can make friends with anyone like a Labrador šŸ˜‚

For the hair part, I used to be the EXACT SAME! I started shampooing my whole head of hair first, rinsing, shampooing my roots, rinsing, conditioning ONLY THE ENDS, rinsing for 2-5 minutes then my hair wasnā€™t greasy for at least every other day
