I’ve been carnivore 17 months & I love all the meats except lamb & pork, which I used to love before going carnivore. Turns out I only liked them if they were covered in sugary sauces 😒 But I’m sure you’re absolutely correct & I just wish I liked lamb more

Lamb is gentle on the digestion compared to fish I find.
Also there is a smidge more Omega 3 in goat butter compared to cow butter, and since goat's are grass fed it's healthy stuff, and often less expensive than the premium for grass fed cow butter, starting from Β£2.60 for goat butter.
