You should try carbon fiber, ik it’s expensive but it’s pretty strong and is durable

Could you perhaps run it using a hydrolic solenoid as apposed to an electric motor for the rotatation? You could possibly move some of the hydrolic parts to the back of the bike for weight spacing, and in theory less worry about electronics failing with water so you wouldnt have to waterproof? Idk.. im high ash and this is theoretical
