Amen! So true. I asked and God told me to stop eating chicken and start daily eating ginger...in food, tea, in juice etc.

That's so true because I have a doctor that doesn't encourage me to get better but wants to put me on cholesterol medication and I refused to take it I've been eating the right foods and light exercise, was 210 lbs I'm now 169lbs I've bought my cholesterol down from 259 to 202 this past September, I asked God to show me the way and how to bring my cholesterol down and He's helping me praise God ๐๐ฟ ๐๐ฟ
