Dude, Swiss chard has some of the highest levels of oxolates, which if consumed in extreme excess will kill you. Chard should be avoided at all costs, do some research on oxolates and you will see why

broccoli is only one vegetable in the cruciferous vegetable category. Most Chinese greens also are high in sulforaphane, which are eaten at every meal. Bok Choy, Gailan (chinese broccoli/kale) Choy sum, Napa (Chinese cabbage) and watercress are sometimes served in 2 dishes for the same meal. Broccolini is also a hybrid of broccoli and Gailan (chinese broccoli)

Swiss Chard is sky high in oxalates. And all these plant compounds that show antioxidant capacity in a petri dish often times either aren't actually absorbed in the gut significantly, or if they are they are cleared from the blood very rapidly because they are foreign molecules which play no natural role in human biology, so they don't end up doing much for us despite what they do for cells in a petri dish.

I believe it's not just eating greens improving the tesy subject's health. People who eat lots of greens maybe don't don't eat as much bacon, fatty meats, butter, corn and sugar.
