broccoli is only one vegetable in the cruciferous vegetable category. Most Chinese greens also are high in sulforaphane, which are eaten at every meal. Bok Choy, Gailan (chinese broccoli/kale) Choy sum, Napa (Chinese cabbage) and watercress are sometimes served in 2 dishes for the same meal. Broccolini is also a hybrid of broccoli and Gailan (chinese broccoli)

Swiss Chard is sky high in oxalates. And all these plant compounds that show antioxidant capacity in a petri dish often times either aren't actually absorbed in the gut significantly, or if they are they are cleared from the blood very rapidly because they are foreign molecules which play no natural role in human biology, so they don't end up doing much for us despite what they do for cells in a petri dish.
