Two perspectives to this; a man recalls nitty gritty of your action in a positive light is because he deeply cares and values you and relationship.
But in a negative light, is because he is a psychopath or narcissist who intends to use it to gaslight you or guilt you into their antics.

There was a guy who showed interest in me. He would do little things for me and remember things like what i like to eat at lunch etc. Like, he told me things about myself that I didnt even notice. But he would never ask me out directly. Then 4 months later, he got engaged to a random girl on my birthday 😂😂

This was my Dad. My Dad was my soul mate. My Dad was so thoughtful. He would bring me flowers. When i would visit, he had food ready for me. When he would go to the store, he always came back with my favorite soda. Before he passed away, he told me "who is going to take care of my baby"? 💔
