I love fresh cilantro

Initially it tasted like soap. But I was really into learning how to make Indian food. Cilantro was called for in almost every recipe. So I would add small amounts until it became delicious. It no longer tastes like soap. So I tell people to keep trying it because it does get better.

I hate cilantro too but I want to love it!! All my family and friends are obsessed with it, but to me it just tastes like iron/metal. I keep trying every time it's in front of me hoping it'll change one day lol
