it's very emotional to eat chicken and egg together. it's a wholesome reunion between a parent and child <3

Get a meat thermometer! That way you can know it’s cooked but not dry

Girl, your wonderful! I never thought to find a food content creator that's really moderate, nutritious and affordable without falling in the diet culture or the anti-diet culture ways of sharing food content ❤❤❤

I made thd same thing last night! Not with cucumber, but with sesame cabbage, radish and cucumber salad on the side. I'm making crispy rice with the leftovers today 😊😊

If you want to improve your knife skills, Joshua Weissman has a very effective and quick tutorial!! I think it’s called “instant knife skills” or something. Good stuff! Highly recommend if you want to improve your cutting technique and make chopping 10x easier for yourself

Watching your vids inspired me to include more asian-esque elements in my daily cooking. Goodluck with the weight loss!

My family always wash any meat with flour, water and lemon slices and keep it in the fridge with additional lemon slices. Trust me, it’s so easy to cook once you have individually packed per portion.

I follow Adam ragusea’s “knife skills.” Which is basically you don’t need to go fast. Slow and steady, get the round things flat. Perfection isn’t the goal.

Your food always looks amazing btw!

I love that you mentioned in another vid that some people thought you were UV-ing your food 😂 I get it, especially if you used it on chicken or something like eggs 😭 but that it's actually an auto salt/pepper 'shaker'. I've wanted to get one for so long, cause some of the ones I have, don't seem to work anymore, but could be for a few factors. I've just got other ones but can't throw away some of them for reason

Believe it or not, I actually like overcooked chicken better 😅 I don't mind the dryness at all, but the excess juices make me very nauseous, so for me overcooked chicken is simply the safest bet.

I'm the total opposite when it comes to beef, though! I could eat it raw no problem hah

It's not a life hack, but girrrl, it works. If you're worried about your chicken being raw and don't want to sacrifice flavor and texture, invest in a food thermometer. The safe internal temperature for chicken is 160°F. If you temp it Everytime, it'll be tender and safe every time!! ❤ Love these videos!
