I am confused -- recommendation for planting is 2-3" loosen dirt under bulbs and for daffodils and tulips 3 4 " above the bulb- this does not seem to be what you are doing in the last two methods. Can you explain?

Some times, fast is not best diging a hole and throwing a hand full of bulbs in and covering it, duh good garding plan😒
