Who told you they're replacing C# code ? Don't make stories. Microsoft would state it before the leak would get you.
Microsoft has C, C++, IL, Assembly and finally BIT (0,1) language, and very very very strong software developers and very very powerful hardware.
Its probably replacign sone c++ and adopring RUST.
Microsoft wouldn't develop small everyday features on RUST.
They may utilize it for comparison purposes, and for visual studio adoption for RUST. It has nothing to do with C#.
Its hard for python developers to react competently on these events.

See, this is where things get confusing. Why shouldn't I rush out and learn Rust? Sure, I've read and heard about not dropping everything for the latest and gratest code because it comes in and out of style. But how isn't Rust different? Thanks in advance for keeping me in the know.
