Pizza Dough
• 2 cups all-purpose flour
• 2 tsp yeast
• ½ cup + 4 tbsp lukewarm water
• ½ tsp sugar
• ½ tsp salt
• 4 tbsp oil
Instructions
1. In a large bowl, mix all the dry ingredients: flour, yeast, sugar, and salt.
2. Gradually add the lukewarm water and oil to the dry mixture, forming a dough.
3. Knead the dough until smooth.
4. For quick proofing, use a cheat method: Preheat the oven to 170°F, turn it off, then place the dough inside with the door slightly open. This speeds up the proofing process. Alternatively, you can leave the dough to proof on the countertop.
5. After proofing, knead the dough again and let it rest for another 15 minutes.
6. Grease your pizza pan and spread the dough evenly using your hands, not a rolling pin. Let it sit for 5 more minutes.
Pizza Sauce
• 1 onion, diced
• 1 tomato, diced
• Brown sugar (to taste)
• 1 tsp soy sauce
• Chili flakes (optional)
• Hot sauce (to taste)
• Ketchup (to taste)
• 1 clove garlic, chopped
• 1 tsp oil
• ½ tsp oregano
Instructions
1. Heat oil in a pan and sauté the garlic until fragrant.
2. Add the diced onion and tomato, cooking until soft.
3. Stir in the ketchup, soy sauce, hot sauce, brown sugar, oregano, and chili flakes (if using).
4. Cook the sauce for a few minutes until it thickens slightly. Set aside.
For the Chicken Topping
• Chicken fillets, marinated with BBQ spice mix
• 1 tsp oil
Instructions
1. Marinate the chicken with your preferred BBQ spice mix.
2. Fry the chicken in 1 tsp of oil until fully cooked. Set aside.
Assembling the Pizza
1. Preheat the oven to 356°F (180°C).
2. Spread the prepared sauce evenly over the pizza dough.
3. Add your cooked chicken and any vegetables of your choice (bell peppers, onions, olives, etc.).
4. Top with mozzarella cheese, or any cheese you prefer.
5. Bake for 15-18 minutes, then broil for an additional 5-6 minutes for a crispy top.
6. Cut into 8 slices and serve hot. Enjoy!
