Here, we shall be discussing all sentences that are either incorrect, correct (rare treat) or of the truly befuddling variety. This series serves as an opportunity for me to delve deep into territory of law, enforcing the law, prosecution, defence and sentencing. The varying levels of how justice is administered, fascinates me. So I will be using this series as a way of understanding how differing systems try to administer the aforementioned justice. Some get it wrong, by my standards, and I will offer correction to that. I also want to use this series as a way of me exercising a small passion of mine. That be the absolute joke, that is, the criminal prosecution service and the mockery to justice that usually transpires from it.
