After wishing for a Genie to give him a castle, Wario's castle gets raided by Captain Syrup and her Brown Sugar Pirates, now upgraded to her Black Sugar Gang! Now, Wario will have to reclaim all of his stolen treasure and take revenge against Syrup! This time, he is immortal, but some attacks will still put him through some very weird transformations that will nonetheless help him through this next treasure hunting adventure! This is a "DX" hack that's actually named "Wario Land II: Polished and Uncensored", which does just as it says: To polish the game for bugs and uncensor its content back to its Japanese release!
