Running advice, strength and conditioning, aerobic fitness and various other topics will all be looked at to help you keep fit during this period. We know that during periods of upheaval, we need to look after both our physical and mental wellbeing and that exercise is a key part of this. We want it to be fun, but also useful. We look at all aspect of fitness and strength, with a particular leaning to the elements most required by athletes, both runners and across the track and field spectrum as well. In confined spaces fitness is going to be particularly hard to maintain, so we'll be looking at what we can do with this.
