There doesn't seem to be chapters beyond Chapter 15 that are in English. I will provide the links for the places where I originally found them. The Japanese Chapters 16-30 (the rest) can be found here on this Japanese blog. Not only do they have all 30 chapters, but they were kind enough to provide an English translation for the chapters were not in English.
