I feel that is not very helpful for anyone who is looking to learn or become a better property developer. From my own research I have found very little content of anyone showing the intricacies of a new build scheme from start to finish. So, if you are an aspiring property developer it appears that there is a very limited amount of online free resources to enable you to gain knowledge and feel more confident in how to complete a profitable new build scheme. Of course, with all the different ‘property strategies’ around there are plenty of so called guru’s, who will offer mastermind courses and mentoring at eye watering amounts of money. My experience tells me that the majority of the property education businesses under deliver on value whilst over charging for their time, leaving many students feeling deflated. Now I am sure there are some great ones out there too! If that is your intended route, I would certainly recommend that you do extensive research before departing with any money. That being said, my aim for this youtube series will be to provide a deep dive into what it really takes to build four new houses out of the ground from start to finish. I plan to share details of the acquisition, funding, construction and sale of the houses over the next 18 months and post everything on Youtube so you can learn for FREE.
