In this playlist inspired by the Trigger Point Manual, I take muscles one by one, explain why it hurts and what you can do to relieve the pain and correct the posture that created the problem. Bear in mind that posture correction takes time, dedication and energy! Come back regularly and train with me to get better. One more important rule: these exercises shouldn't cause pain. Don't do anything that you don't feel comfortable with, and only practice within your pain-free range of motion. If your physical therapist or GP advised against some of these exercises, please follow their advice: I have done my best to suggest only safe exercises, but I do not know your medical file and I do not see how you practice. However, feel free to contact me if you want a private consultation.
