80 videos • 2,737 views • by 111eee111eee111 To make up for that half-assed best-of-the-Clientele set Merge put out a while back (though kudos to them / hilarious that they did that), and to celebrate what I guess is my favorite band's new album coming out, I've made this 4xCD boxset-style "greatest hits" package of my own: my pick for their top 80 songs. Think of every 20 songs as a disc—1-20 as disc 1, 21-40 as disc 2, and so on—and in the process steadily progressing, with some microscopic concessions for the sake of flow and "storytelling", from my most-favorite to least-favorite. (That said, just know up front that I love every one of these songs, so don't go in thinking I'm scorning the back-half stuff too much.
