Here's a 60-minute leg-building workout that I do to build my legs. This includes a mobility warm-up, the main workout, and a stretching cool-down. LINK to full workout Playlist on youtube: Mobility Warm-Up (10 minutes) 1. 90/90 Hip mobility - 2 sets of 5- 10 rotations 2. Hip CARs - 2 sets of 10 circles each direction 3. World's Greatest Stretch - 2 sets of 5 reps each side 4. Glute Bridges - 2 sets of 15 reps 5. Bodyweight Squats - 2 sets of 15 reps Main Workout (45 minutes) 1. Barbell Squats - 4 sets of 8-10 reps - Rest: 90 seconds 2. Romanian Deadlifts - 3 sets of 10-12 reps - Rest: 60 seconds 3. Leg Press - 4 sets of 12-15 reps - Rest: 75 seconds 4. Bulgarian Split Squats - 3 sets of 10-12 reps each leg - Rest: 60 seconds 5. Yoga Ball Leg Curls - 3 sets of 12-15 reps - Rest: 45 seconds 6. Cable Glute kickbacks - 3 sets of 12-15 reps each leg - Rest: 45 seconds Stretch Cool-Down (5 minutes) 1. Standing Quad Stretch - 2 sets of 30 seconds each leg 2. Standing Hamstring Stretch - 2 sets of 30 seconds each leg 3. Standing Forward Fold - 2 sets of 30 seconds 4. Hip Flexor Stretch - 2 sets of 30 seconds each side 5. Child's Pose - 2 sets of 30 seconds This workout focuses on building strength and size in the legs, targeting the quads, hamstrings, and glutes.
