Hip CARs⁣ - 2 sets of 10 circles each direction⁣ ⁣ 3. World's Greatest Stretch⁣ - 2 sets of 5 reps each side⁣ ⁣ 4. Glute Bridges⁣ - 2 sets of 15 reps⁣ ⁣ 5. Bodyweight Squats⁣ - 2 sets of 15 reps⁣ ⁣ Main Workout (45 minutes)⁣ 1. Barbell Squats⁣ - 4 sets of 8-10 reps⁣ - Rest: 90 seconds⁣ ⁣ 2. Romanian Deadlifts⁣ - 3 sets of 10-12 reps⁣ - Rest: 60 seconds⁣ ⁣ 3. Leg Press⁣ - 4 sets of 12-15 reps⁣ - Rest: 75 seconds⁣ ⁣ 4.
