This prayer begins with me leading some prayers from the heart for my community and people can comment (or mention if we're on a Zoom video call) their intentions, which is followed by the "Office of Morning Prayer" taken from the Liturgy of the Hours - part of the (Catholic) Church's prayer - in a book called "Christian Prayer" which you can find on apps, online and in print if you want to follow along!!
