The 1st training reviews family resources for the 4-H Online 2.0 system including details and specifics about creating family profiles, logging into the system, adding new family members, and youth and volunteer enrollment from the family side of the system. We are starting with the family side of the enrollment system so staff can become familiar with process families and volunteers will experience before diving into the staff side of the system. The 2nd training goes over the County Manager resources, how to navigate within the system, and how to approve enrollments. We are starting with the basics and enrollment approvals as this will be the primary staff use of the enrollment system. The 3rd training goes over how county staff can add families, members, and enrollments in the system. While we recommend that families self-enroll using 4-H Online, we also recognize that staff may have a need to create enrollments in the system at the county level.
