Here in Tennessee the cicada explosion of 2024 started around the end of April and beginning of May. I fed the chickens tons of cicadas and captured as many as I possibly could with my hands. This is an event in which two broods of cicadas emerged, brood XVII and brood XIII, there are tens of thousands of cicadas on our land and this will most definitely be a memorable experience that I will never forget.
